Terms of Service & Uptime SLA

1. 99.99% Infrastructure Availability Guarantee
MistCloud guarantees 99.99% monthly uptime for all production KVM Cloud VPS instances, Anycast DNS zones, and shared NVMe hosting environments. If availability drops below 99.99% in any billing cycle, customers are eligible for automated service SLA credits credited to their account wallet in RWF or USD.
2. Domain Registrations (.rw, .africa, .com)
Domain names registered through MistCloud are managed pursuant to RICTA (Rwanda Internet Community and Technology Alliance) registry policies for .rw and ICANN policies for gTLDs. Ownership is assigned directly to the customer; MistCloud acts solely as the technical registrar.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Customers agree not to utilize MistCloud instances for outbound DDoS attacks, unapproved crypto mining, phishing, unsolicited bulk email (spam), or activities contrary to the cybercrime regulations of Rwanda.
